Old Mill Builders was established in 1998, when owners
Jeff Yenter and Guy Mauri teamed up on the renovation of an
historic Tudor Mansion in Westchester County, NY.
We began working together a decade earlier,
when we worked for a small family builder in
lower Fairfield County.
We offer a unique blend of Old World Craftsmanship
with intelligent design, engineering, and product selection.
