Old Mill Builders was established in 1998, when owners Jeff Yenter and
Guy Mauri teamed up on the renovation of an historic Tudor Mansion in
Westchester County, NY. We began working together a decade earlier, when
we worked for a small family builder in lower Fairfield County. We
offer a unique blend of Old World Craftsmanship with intelligent design,
engineering, and product selection.
Our crew is employed
full-time – we understand our responsibility as business owners to treat
our staff with respect. There is a sense of pride and loyalty that
extends to the work we do, and the people we work for. We feel that this
is a big part of how we can provide our clients with unmatched customer
service and quality.
Old Mill Builders is located in the hills
of Litchfield County, allowing us to serve all of Western Connecticut,
as well as Eastern New York. From the rustic weekend retreats, to
sprawling country estates, to Manhattan studio apartments, we have the
experience and creativity needed to complete any project.
Our 20
acre Bitterroot Valley, MT facility is in the heart of the West’s
logging industry, receiving timbers from throughout the U.S. and Canada.
